Grader failure in C1W3 Assignment

I’ve tried >11 times to submit C1W3 Assignment and while the grader initially loads, it stops after some minutes and tells me to submit my work. Meanwhile all “My submissions” disappear from the list.

Please contact Courser learner help for support. There are other learners reporting submission issue.
