I want to write the lab codes myself again on my own PC, how can I have the data (train-small.csv)?

Here’s a thread which explains how to download all the files associated with any of the assignments.

If you just want one or two individual files, you can also click “File → Open” from the notebook and then use the File Explorer mode that you get to find the files and individually download them.
