HTML encoding characters appearing in Week 1 Quiz Questions on iOS

In 3 of the questions for the week 1 Quiz (Disease Detection with Computer Vision) when viewed using the iOS app will show HTML encoding characters. The questions are 1, 6, and 9. Screenshots are below.
