Often the benefit of “try a different browser” is that the 2nd browser you try will have a totally different set of cookies and plugins installed.
I am also not able to generate the certificate.
I have completed the Multi AI agent system course but still not received the certificate.
@mubsi, can you investigate is certificate issue?

@mubsi, even I didn’t receive my badge til now even after sending them email of screenshot of completion, i.e. almost 4 months back. when I had asked, I was told I would recieve in a weeks’ time but I never got. @Community-Team

I believe you are confusing the two.
The “certificate” of completion is something you will get after following the instructions provided in this video. It takes about 2 business days for that certificate to arrive in your inbox.
The “badge” of completion is something you should get instantaneously when all of the lesson items in the course get the green checkmark.
So which one are you talking about?

Or are you talking about the certificate of completion which crewAI (not DeepLearning.AI) provides?

For the “badge”, I notified the team regarding it. For this particular course, there’s a reading item which is not being marked as “complete”. The team will work on getting that sorted. Hopefully, afterwards you should be able to get the badge.
For the “certificate”, please try submitting again. If you still don’t end up receiving the certificate by the end of this week, let me know.

Sir, I too have completed the course, and did all the formalities to receive the certification.
I’ve submitted the screen shot twice but no certificate yet. Kindly help.
