“Account is still in Cleanup”
Hi, while I was completing the week 1 lab, it was abruptly deactivated. Although, it has passed over 24hrs, whenever I try to kick off the start lab, it shows the message of “Account is still in cleanup”. I searched and found out that others have frequently encountered the same issue. The deadline for the lab is due the 25th of July. I have also filled out the form as it was instructed to other particiapnts that expereinced the same glitch in their lab. The form says it takes about 48 hrs that this bug can be resolved, but from what other candidates are posting, it seems like a global error and it hasn’t been sorted out in 48hrs. Can you please make sure that we have a functional lab available to all participants? Thank you for your support and cooperation.
