Lab 2 is locked

Hi, I have a issue on my lab 2, I tried the workarounds missioned on the some topics but not worked.

i am also having same issue not able to complete the labs. now they are overdue. what to do now?

Hi everyone. Please monitor this thread. We will update there as soon as we hear from Coursera. You can move on to the next item in the course in the meantime. You will not be penalized for missing deadlines as long as your purchase is active. Thanks.

HI @chris.favila I didn’t receive the lock error issue, but when I try to start the lab show up the message… “Te account still in cleanup”
