Lab 3 does not start

The lab 3 icon has been red for 3 hours already. Has anybody experience this?

Hi Jorge. That button should only be red at the start. It should turn yellow after pressing Start Lab then green after a few minutes. Can you retry the process again and observe what happens? If it turns back to red after yellow, you can post here immediately along with any error messages you see when you press Start Lab again.

Hi Chris,
I’m having the same issue, I click “Start Lab”, AWS Icon turns yellow for 1-second, then immediately red again. No error messages displayed. I even rebooted and tried a second time, same result.
