Lab 3 will not start

When I attempt to re-enter Lab3, I click the ‘Start Lab’ button and I get the ‘account is still in cleanup’ message. This is approximately 18 hours after I last accessed the lab. Please reset. Thank you!

There is a form you need to complete to have your account fixed.

You can find it by using the forum Search tool for the word “cleanup”.

I have the same issue. The AWS link on top shows yellow while the timer has started. It’s been approximately 20 hours since I last accessed the lab. I filled out the form here. Hopefully that’s the correct form and this can get resolved. Thank you!
