Lab1 not working

Trying to run the lab, but is failing. The lab does not work. I have been trying since the beginning of January.

The first step:
aws rds describe-db-instances --db-instance-identifier de-c1w2-rds --output text --query “DBInstances[].Endpoint.Address”

The response:
An error occurred (AccessDenied) when calling the DescribeDBInstances operation: User: arn:aws:sts::290752207765:assumed-role/voclabs/user4690520=sggamgezning is not authorized to perform: rds:DescribeDBInstances on resource: arn:aws:rds:us-east-1:290752207765:db:de-c1w2-rds with an explicit deny in an identity-based policy: arn:aws:iam::290752207765:policy/voc-cancel-cred (voc-cancel-cred)

and I get An error occurred (InvalidClientTokenId) when calling the DescribeDBInstances operation: The security token included in the request is invalid.

Yes I’m getting that as well, nor am I able to get the link for the aws console.
