Hi, I have a general question about programming assignments whether on Advanced Learning Algorithms course or the whole Machine Learning Specialization, as well as Deep Learning Specialization.
so the programming assignment are sometimes hard for me and the hints sometimes aren’t enough still struggling a bit with python.
So am i allowed if i get stuck to check the labs and course material, to fix my code or if i don’t know the syntax, even using the code in it if need be …etc?
Also is there some sort of a group on Telegram, or Discord or something similar for the community?

If you are getting any error related to code programming, share a screenshot of your error without sharing codes from the grade cell. respective course mentors will guide you.
In case you have doubt related to any course or code, you can ask about it without sharing codes which grades your assignment.
As far as I remember Machine learning specialisation has enough hints given for any learner to understand or debug their error, otherwise you can also use the search option with the similar error you got from the same course, which will take you to similar threads to understand where you might have gone wrong.
You can always refer your course materials again and again. I really didn’t understand what you meant by referring the lab, if this is about referring the ungraded lab you can surely do that too.

To do all the course assignments, you need basic knowledge of Python. If you dont have sufficient knowledge in Python, kindly do the below course
One more suggestion is go through the video completely and try to understand what the instructor is teaching. This will help you to understand the hints given in the assignments.
If you are getting stuck in the coding, send the error trace in this community where mentors or fellow mates will help to rectify the error.

Yes i meant checking ungraded labs and using the code in it if i get stuck.

Do refer some of the python course as recommended by @jenitta.jebaraj which will help you in the long run for your benefit. Referring upgraded labs is actually a very good practice to understand if you were able to understand the course videos. You can share any issue related to your assignment here. Refer the FAQ section to have better understanding on how to use this platform discourse community.
