Hello can I start Unsupervised Learning, Recommenders, Reinforcement Learning (course 3) before doing Advanced Learning Algorithms (course 2)?

Or do I have to do the courses in order.

At the moment I am close to finishing course 1 - Supervised Machine Learning: Regression and Classification.

What you’re going to miss if you skip C2 and start on C3, is that C2 introduces TensorFlow.
