my videos dont play after a while, what is wrong?

Hello @necx12 ,

You can try the following :

  • Clear the cache. Then you reopen the course videos.
  • And if you use mac and chrome, try using Safari browser. When using chrome it wasn’t working, I used Safari and it did work for me.

Let me know if it still doesn’t work.

If the above doesn’t work,

  1. Let me know, I wil report to the team.
  2. And for the time being, to make it work what you can do is :
  • copy the video url link,
  • then paste it in another new tab. This must will surely work and open the video.
