expected output and actual output do not agree (it is not graded exercise). This is after testing cost function.
That is a known bug in the latest version of the notebook that has been reported, but not fixed as yet.

When I had done this assignment, even I had wasted pretty long time trying to resolve the issue, but when I went further I passed the test and I also noticed a message mentioned with expected output for one of the test cell.
Your numbers may differ a bit depending on which version of Python you’re using.
So I went ahead and submitted the assignment and cleared.
I was not knowing until Paul mentioned its a bug in latest version but I had same issue when I did in Sept 2023
