It works for me too.
But that is a very strange URL to publish, since it uses a specific IP address and port, rather than a DNS name.

Actually Tom the day learner had posted this query the URL was not working, I had clicked the day learner had posted this query. Now it is working for me too. It is weird.

I have multiple times and the result is:
sometime its working but sometime its not working.
If its not working try after few hours.

I find that this website is not accessible through my uni’s network, but can be accessed through my mobile network through my phone.
