No connection to the database

Hello,

Just started the week 4’s lab and wanted to execute the first step of connecting to the RDS but seems like no such directory exists. Already tried rebooting twice but it didn’t help. Any way to fix this?

Thanks & Regards

Hello,

Have you tried rebooting or restarting your lab?

If the issue persists, please submit a lab refresh using this form.

Thanks Brother! I did reboot the lab few times. I guess I just need to use the form then.

Hi,

You’re welcome! You’ll receive a notification once your lab has been refreshed.

Hi Benjamin,

Thanks for sending the form. I received the notification that the lab has been refreshed. Unfortunately, I tried accessing it again and got the same error message:

bash: de-c1w4-rds: No such file or directory

Should I submit another form to request another lab refresh, or is there a quicker way to resolve this? This is the only lesson I have left to complete the first course.

Best regards

Hi there,

Just checking: are you in the correct directory when running the command?

Hi @prj14 - Please do not include the < > for the database name

Thanks ! That worked. I overlooked it.
