Week 2 Lab : Error Occurs while trying to connect Amazon RDS

I’m into Week 2 Lab Assignment - At 1st bash error occured at the last of lab completion.

But from the second time , while trying to connect Amazon RDS itself bash error occured stating No such file or directory.

A volunteer help is highly needed, Thank you
