When I run the code separately outside coursera in a Jupyter lab from a directory which contains all the files (downloaded from coursera), for that lab (W2 lab3) I get the errors "No module named SCIPY’.

from scipy.stats input norm
No module named ‘SCIPY’
How do I fix the error?

When you run the assignments outside of the Coursera Labs environment, you’re pretty much on your own to make it work. There are too many platforms for the volunteer mentors to provide support.
The course you’re attending (you did not mention which one) might have an FAQ here on Discourse with some additional tips.
