Tried everything that was mentioned in FAQs none of them worked.
How to resolve this issue?

I am also facing the same issue. No submit button can be found.

Coursera seems to be having a bad day for technology. Many courses are having issues today.
Please give them some time (a few hours at least) to fix their issues, then try again.

Reports are that normal function has been restored.
