It asks for a subscription but I already login through financial aid
are these sections the main topic of this course ?

Did you get a mail or notification about your financial aid being approved?? Until then any graded task such as quiz, assignments would be locked as shown in your image. Usually coursera takes upto 7-14 days to get back to you one you submit your form of financial aid request. You probably are able to see the video because that would be either under the 7-day free-trial.
