I can see video for other courses. I’m on DuckDuckGo browser. Thanks for your help!
DuckDuckGo’s browser is essentially a privacy-focused wrapper that blocks many trackers and third-party content by default. The course video player likely gets caught by those privacy protections.
Three things to try:
- Use the DeepLearning.AI app: there’s a new mobile app available on both Android and iOS. You can watch course videos directly from there.
- Switch browsers: use Chrome, Firefox, or Edge for the DLAI course platform on desktop. This is the fastest desktop fix.
- If you want to stay on DuckDuckGo: check if there’s a “Site Privacy Protection” toggle (the shield icon in the address bar) and try disabling it for
learn.deeplearning.ai. That may unblock the embedded video player.
The fact that other courses work could mean those use a different video embed that DuckDuckGo doesn’t block, but this course’s player (may) triggers the filter.
