Opening the Vocareum IDE

I am at total loss at opening the Vocareum IDE. There is no link to take me to Vocareum and no instructions on how to go there. I haven’t paid for the course. If I pay, will I have access then?

Please guide me on how to go to Vocareum and follow the instructions as shown in the video. Right now, when I go to Vocareum there is no option for making account.
