Your outputs are not correct. Check more carefully the values for W1 for example. There are differences from the shown “expected” values in the 4th decimal place in several of the values. That is not a rounding error: it’s a bug in your code. You need to double check your implementation against the mathematical formulas shown in that section of the notebook.

The most popular mistakes are to do with the “order of operations” in handling the \epsilon value. Note that it is in the denominator, but it is not under the square root, right?
