Optional Labs not opening

Hello everyone,

I got the financial aid for the Machine Learning Specialization, and I completed all 3 courses. However, I wanted to review the content and wanted to have a look at the optional labs, but they’re locked and if I hover the mouse over them it says that I should buy a suscription, yet I was granted the financial aid and actually I completed them.

Do you know what should I do??

Once you complete the course, you cannot access the materials.
