Machine Learning Specialization Labs/assignments not opening

Hello Everyone,

I just wanted to ask, I want to complete the Machine Learning Specialization But the assignments and Labs are not accessible. They are not opening up at all. Not even a single one. Any help would be highly appreciated?

Hi Abbas! Just a few notes before we escalate:

  1. Are you using a work laptop or network by any chance? If so, can you try switching to a personal device and network? That usually resolves bugs that we can’t reproduce.
  2. If you are not using a work device, have you tried using other browsers or devices? Do you get the same result?
  3. If the two points above don’t help, please let me know and also please open a ticket on Coursera. They might have encountered this already and have a fix. Instructions here.

I have tried multiple devices. Tablets, smartphones. Different networks. VPNs, but to no use. I still am unable to access the labs. I have finished the first course in machine learning specialization but am unable to get over with the last lab exam because I cannot access it. I am sure nobody is able to access the labs. I have multiple accounts talking about the same issue.

Now I am in the second course but am still unable to access the labs.

Deep learning.ai team is kindly requested to resolve this issue.

Are you the administrator for a private group course?

Only Coursera can fix problems with Coursera’s platform and access. DLAI only provides the course content, Coursera is the delivery provider.

I meant to say I have seen multiple accounts talking about the same issue.

Please contact the Coursera Help Center. Having multiple accounts may be the root of the entire problem.

Lastly, I notice you said “tablets, smartphones”. Have you tried it on a laptop? Or have you tried it in a browser in tablet instead of the Coursera app? I’ve heard that the app can sometimes be buggy with labs and quizzes.
