PDF certificate fetch error due to missing combined signatures

Hi there! When attempting to download a PDF version of my certificate, I encountered an error. This was for Course 4 (CNNs) of the Deep Learning Specialization.

This is the link used the get the PDF version of the certificate:
https://www.coursera.org/account/accomplishments/certificate/${certificate_id}, where ${certificate_id} is the unique ID associated with an account/person and a completed course.

The error I get is the following:

Attempted to fetch PDF but got the following errors: Could not find options for combined signatures (>2 instructors). Please notify the instructors to upload one.

Is it possible to get this fixed?

You’ll have to contact Coursera’s help desk. They’re the issuers of the certificates.

Thank you - they were able to resolve the issue. It turned out that their error message was bogus, and it was a technical issue on their end.
