Hi Fahad. Please DM me the email address you’re using for Coursera. Will forward it to our partners for checking. Thanks.

When I try to submit the C2W1_Assignment in MLOps I have same issue as Fahad:

Bad request: {‘errorCode’: None, ‘message’: ‘Failed to find active course item with atom Vket9RVaEeuRpQ4rKgBMmw for 141924436’, ‘details’: None}

I followed the instructions on C2W1 Assignment - grader output showed error - #4 by chris.favila but still the same error.

e-mail adress I use for Coursera: nenadumanic@gmail.com

Hi Nenad. Sorry for the late reply. Seems like this didn’t show up in my notifications. Have you emailed Coursera yet? If not, you can follow the instructions here. If they’re unable to help, please let me know what response you got. Thanks.

Hi Chris,

I didn’t contact Coursera. Very soon, they removed courses 3 and 4, and then the whole specialization. Now I have the pending course 2 (Machine Learning Data Lifecycle in Production), and I have no record of the completed course 1 (Introduction to ML in Production). I guess that, after all, I applied too late for the whole specialization.
Regards,

Do you have an existing monthly subscription to the Specialization, or did you only purchase Course 2? If so, did you subscribe/purchase it yourself, or part of a company subscription? Or were you still in the free trial mode? I think you have a good case if you already paid to access the course.

Thank you for your effort, but I would prefer to close the case. I started the Specialization as a free trial and was then charged a monthly fee. During that time, I completed Course 1 and encountered a problem with the lab submissions in Course 2. I passed all the quizzes and tests for the labs in Course 2, but I just couldn’t submit them. Therefore, since the whole Specialization has closed, I consider 1.5 courses for the monthly fee to be more than a fair trade.
Thank you.
