I am not able to access the Practice Lab: Decision Trees[Due: Aug1].
I am getting the following error msg (from past 2 days)
“We were unable to retrieve a launch URL. Please make sure you are logged in to Coursera, and have access to this lab”
I have logged into coursera and accessing other course materials in MLS C1 and C2. Even now I can access materials in C1 and C2 except the above one.
I am struggling on this from past 2 days.
Can someone please help me in this

Hey @dinesha,
Unable to access labs is usually due to the subscription being expired or due to free-trial period being ended. If you can access the other graded labs, that means you have neither of these issues. So, please report this issue in Coursera Community Center, and they will help you out with this. I hope this helps.

I followed your suggestion to report in Coursera Community Center.
For some days I didnot receive any response (It is also possible that I donot know where to look for response). The problem continued.
Fortunately yesterday when I tried again, I could access the assignment. I completed it and I have also received the certificate. Thanks a lot for your prompt guidance. Now I am focusing on Course 3. It is interesting and exciting.

[Observation: I completed Course 1 about 1 month back. But I had not downloaded my certificate. Yesterday, I downloaded it. Coincidently I could access my Course 2/Week 4/ Assignment. I donot know any correlation is there between the 2 events.! - Thanks. with regards]
