No, you will lose access as soon as your subscription or financial aid runs out. There is a topic about that on the DLS FAQ Thread.
@Ephraim_Osei_Kusi @paulinpaloalto Yes, and just FYI I learned the hard way with NLP. They cut off your access like 2-3 days after completion and the people at Coursera are not sympathetic to your plight (I requested/asked) after that point unless you re-subscribe-- I never got the last notebook because I was like ‘whew, I finished’ and needed a break.
So make sure to download first.

Yes, the recommendation is to download the full zip file immediately when you first open the assignment. That gives you the clean copy of the notebook and all the supporting files. Then just download the ipynb file as an individual file as soon as you complete the assignment.
