Sorry to bother with this! (I also tried to open quiz on my mobile app and it does not work either)
Hi Nik! Yes please reach out to Coursera (instructions here). You can reference tickets #05095381 and #05119248. These are the tickets Shrija mentioned above and the agents might be able to resolve the issue quicker when they know the context of a similar case (although for a different course). Hope this helps!

I’ve reached out to Coursera several times, but their customer service didn’t address my concerns and even left before I could finish describing the issue. I’m really struggling with this, and I believe escalating it to a higher level might help expedite a resolution. Thank you for your assistance!
