For me its not loading the quiz for machine learning course in advanced learning algorithms week 4 quiz due to which my certificate won’t generate. Please help. I already tried clearing the cache, cookies, changing the browser, restarting the device, changing the device but my data won’t load even on my mobile. Its just stuck and I can see and attempt other quiz questions, my course is still valid.
hi @ss_pheonix
can you check if your subscription is still active. Based on the image shared by you, looks like graded quiz is locked, this usually happens when either you have crossed the assigned timeline to complete your graded assignment or quiz or there is an issue with your subscription.
By any chance did you also raise this query at Learner Help Center from Coursera page? if the above reason does hold true, and you have rasied the issue at the learner help center, they should probably resolve your issue.

Hi! My subscription is still valid and I can see and retry with other graded quizzes even though the last date has crossed. Even during this time, it is giving me an error that ‘your data is not loading’ in the mobile and it is not visible on the laptop. At least the locked page should be visible with the timeline and quiz topic which is the case in other quiz pages and practical labs. I feel there is some internal quiz bug because it is just stuck in loading.
Yes, I will raise the issue with the help center but since my course will expire soon like 1st Jan 25 so wanted to know if anyone else if facing this issue and if there is a work around.
Thanks for your reply.
have you taken paid subscription?
Also can I know if you finished the previous videos and quiz, before the page you are having issue?
sometimes even that is also the concern.
the red circle at the graded assignment quiz tells you do not have access to that page, pointing to either subscription issue or you have not completed previous videos or quiz task for you to have access to the page you want to work upon.
No matter what, in any case, raise the concern at Coursera, if the issue is from Coursera, they will surely resolve it. But mention every detail, like when you started the course, when it is ending, and when the issue started.
You can also try a different browser and see if issue still persist.
Also check your system time setting, if that differs with email id or Google settings time, then also this issue can happen.

FYI, Coursera seemed to be having some technical problems earlier today.
I just checked this quiz, and it loaded for me successfully (using Windows11 and Chrome browser).
Sadly, the issue still persists on my end and I tried everything. Clearing caches to changing the device and trying on multiple os including mac and windows and even changing the browsers, system time settings but nothing is working. I have got in touch with the support and hope that they can resolve this issue before my course expires. Everything is completed except a quiz which is stuck in loading. I have completed the previous videos and tasks and even the previous quizzes.
That’s quite a strange problem. Hopefully Coursera can fix whatever is wrong in your account.
Well I am in touch with the Coursera support team and they said that certain features on Coursera.org are currently unavailable which are affecting my ability to access or continue with your courses. I hope they can resolve this issue before my access to the course ends because when I requested them for an extension they said its not possible to do it from their side
Still facing this issue! Any work around guys?
I just loaded the quiz without any issues.
No one else has reported a quiz loading problem recently.
Could be that Coursera needs to fix something in your account.
@chris.favila, can you look into this?
Hi! Have you reached out to Coursera again? Unfortunately, I can’t reproduce the issue so it would be hard to troubleshoot. The quiz loads fine on my end. By any chance, are you using a workplace laptop or network? If so, try switching to a personal one. For other bugs, sometimes that resolves the problem. Hope it’s the same here.
I have made two complains but both were closed saying that the engineer is working on it. Although my course is expiring tonight and everything is completed except that one quiz which is a part of an ML specialization course and because of this I won’t be able to claim the specialization. I have even completed other two courses and everything loads fine. All the other quizes and labs works fine. I have done all the trouble shooting steps and tried everything again, changing my DNS settings, opening in incognito mode, changing my device, clearing cache and browsing history, logging out and signing in again, etc. None of them works. Also, Even after uninstalling and installing the app on my mobile again, I am getting the same error message on the app, which says ‘Error to load the data’.
And on the website its giving 404 error. It is probably a server side issue.
Oh I see. I’m sorry to hear that! Please check your inbox. Will need some details so we can escalate this properly. Thank you!
Hello! Finally the issue has been resolved and I have obtained my certification! Thanks to @Deepti_Prasad, @TMosh and @chris.favila for your unconditional support, quick replies and help!
Glad to hear that! Congratulations on finishing the course!
Thank you so much!
Hello, I am having the same problem with my quizzes for Neural Networks and Deep Learning certificate. My quizzes are stuck on the same page you showed and I have tried a different browser and clearing cache multiple times. Was there something you did to make it work?
@ss_pheonix, it would be a large help if you said a few words about how you got it fixed.
I just saw the msgs. In my case it was a server/backend issue from the coursera side itself. I didn’t do anything. My course got expired with the same isse then I had to apply for a financial aid again, explain my situation to have access to the course and I got it after 15 days. When I opened the course after that, I didn’t get the issue and was able to give the quiz.
Also, @nikg4 and @TMosh I raised multiple support tickets on the coursera platform so that they could confirm that it was the issue from their server as even in my mobile it wasn’t loading.
