When creating a post, please add:

- When clicked to access the secoend quize it keeps loading continouslu
did you report at the Learner Help Center on Coursera.
Also try clearing cache and browsing history, log out and relogin in coursera id and then access the quiz page. check if this works.
I just tested the quiz, it loaded correctly for me.
So either there was a temporary problem on Coursera, or hopefully the Help Center can assist you with clearing your access to the quiz.
