I cannot access the week 4 graded quiz anymore !! The first time I failed and I wanted to retake it but I cannot do it !
What is the error indication that you are seeing? Can you still access the programming assignment?
The quizzes have a time limit for a given attempt and I think (at least last time I checked), they allow you 3 tries within each 8 hour period. You can get stuck if you just leave the quiz idle in your browser and the “per submission” time limit expires. I think I’ve seen posts about that saying that you may need to wait 24 hours if you get stuck in that situation.

I can access the programming assignment but when I try to access the quiz the page is blank !!

Hmmmm, sounds like maybe a browser issue? I assume you’ve tried the usual “Refresh”, if that doesn’t work “Logout and Login again” methods …
I’ve logged out and in many times . The issue persists !
I think there’s an issue with Coursera right now. All my progress in my current courses is gone and the site is loading very slowly. Also, some “IsDown” sites have a lot of users complaining about the issue.
I think there is an issue also with Coursera !
Try to raise your concern at the Learner Help Center with screenshot of the page you are having issue. They should be able to resolve the issue if the concern is from their side as there were some issue reported regarding same.
