I confirm I’m not using a trial offer: you can see it in my printscreen. All browsers and the app are up to date, even installed a few new browsers to check it.
i have informed the staff here too about your issue, until please reach the Coursera learner’s help center too, so that your issue is looked upon as soon as possible and resolved.
Hi Lucas, I have raised a ticket with the Coursera team, they have been communication with me for a week or so, asking for various screenshots. At the end they have closed the ticket saying that “the issue was sent to the engineering team”, but the issue is still not resolved 20 days later. The lab is still not working. I have completed the rest of the course and the next ones, but it looks like I will stay without the certificate after all. Following up with them does nothing, they just reply “the ticked is closed”.
