Week 4 graded quiz is not loading

Course 1 (Linear algebra) Week 4 graded quiz is not loading. After I Press “continue” on the “Coursera Honor Code” window it loads forever.

What I did:

  1. Finished all other items (or marked the readings “read”.

  2. Tried Chrome browser (the same).

  3. Tried private window in the Chrome browser (the same).

  4. Tried a Coursera app (when I press the

    quiz the window pops up “something is not right. There was a problem getting the content of this quiz.”

try clearing your cache and rowsing history, re-login and then access the quiz page.

sometimes changing browser also works

Thanks! Tried it, does’t change anything, unfortunately. Tried Firefox and Opera as well: same result.

can you check your browser and/or coursera app are up to date???

I am able to open the quiz , can you confirm if you are not using any free trial period offer?

I confirm I’m not using a trial offer: you can see it in my printscreen. All browsers and the app are up to date, even installed a few new browsers to check it.

you are taking course in coursera platform right?

did you raise the concern on Coursera’s Learner’s Help center??

the access to course section will be handled by them, if you are taking course from Coursera platform.

Try reaching them out once.

Try checking whether your browser has any ad or pop-up blockers active.

Thanks! No blockers and all other quizzes from the rest weeks worked just fine.

I’m sorry you’re unable to complete this quiz. It looks like a Coursera issue, since I can’t reproduce the problem — the quiz opens normally for me.

Could you please send me (privately) the email address you use on Coursera so I can try to help speed up resolving this issue?

Hi Lucas, I have raised a ticket with the Coursera team, they have been communication with me for a week or so, asking for various screenshots. At the end they have closed the ticket saying that “the issue was sent to the engineering team”, but the issue is still not resolved 20 days later. The lab is still not working. I have completed the rest of the course and the next ones, but it looks like I will stay without the certificate after all. Following up with them does nothing, they just reply “the ticked is closed”.
