Hii,
After finishing Course 1 (Regression & Classification), I realized I haven’t practiced enough with real-world libraries like Scikit‑Learn.
I’ll soon start Course 2: Advanced Learning Algorithms.
Would it be better to spend time now learning Scikit‑Learn first, or is it okay to go directly into Course 2?
I think you can do both simultaneously. You can slow down your pace in Course 2 as you practice your course 1 knowledge.
I donot think that the MLS courses require extra study in scikit learn. It is not a major element in the course.
Thanks for your suggestion.
Do you recommend that I enroll in a dedicated scikit-learn course, or would it be better and enough to learn it on my own using YouTube tutorials and GPT?
Yes, you’re right, scikit-learn isn’t required for the course itself. I just felt that the first course lacked practice with tools that are widely used in the real world today. From what I’ve read, most practitioners rely on libraries like scikit-learn instead of manually implementing equations from scratch, so I was hoping for more exposure to that side as well.
If you ask me, I will suggest regular practice using datasets in places like kaggle. You also get to see how other people are using the libraries. No need to enrol in another course just yet. Regular practice, following blog and YouTube tutorials will do just fine for now.
The first course is just a quick introduction. Nothing in detail.
ok thank you all
