Submit button missing. I have completed the assignment and saved it. but cannot find submit assignment button

Which module assignment are you referring to?
Below is a screenshot of an assignment from module2 on Deeplearning.ai platform. This assignment has been submitted, as you can see on the top right. A similar pop-up will be displayed for initial submission.

Have you renamed your notebook file? That would cause problems.
