Hi, I am very new to this forum, and I am not sure if this is the right platform to raise this question.
Currently, I am working in the banking sector as a Project Manager, where I manage end-to-end delivery of Java-based web applications. Since AI is the future, I am looking to transition from web development to the AI domain. However, as I already have around 15 years of experience in the IT industry, I do not want to start from scratch again in this new field.
Could you please suggest how I can make this transition effectively?
