Switching from Data Engineering Manager to AI/ML/GenAI Manager role

Hi,
I am currently working with a well know Payment Technology company as Data Engineering Manager. I want to move to AI/ML/GenAI manager or senior role. Which courses I should do? Technically, I know SQL, Data Modeling(Dimension and Data Vault), ETL(Informatica), Visuliazation (Tableau, cognos), Tools like Alteryx, SQL, Python (Basic to Intermediate for DE and not DS). Any guidance will be appreciate.
