Train_History Failing , No output for Graded Function

I am not getting any GRADED FUNCTION output no error displayed and score is 0/50 .
For training History getting below output . PPLease help how to pass?

Failed test case: training accuracy should be 5% higher than validation accuracy at maximum.
Expected:
a difference between validation and training accuracy no lesser than -0.05,
but got:
-0.16844403743743896.
