Trying to Run in Local Jupyter but missing Env variables

I am trying to run the notebooks in my Jupyter in local, I really don’t understand how to setup the env variables like: “DLAI_LOCAL_URL”, “PORT1” and “PORT2”. I tried giving localhost and various port values but it did not work. Can you help me understand how to set these correctly so that I can run these files in my local.
