Unable to download certificate

I completed the Agentic AI course from DeepLearning.ai. I had started a trial initially, but then went on to upgrade to the Pro Plan. However when I attempt to download the certificate, the platform still believes I am on a trial, and then asks me to updrade to the Pro version. When I click the action to upgrade (even though I already am on the Pro version), I get the following message:
Something Went Wrong. Your trial period has already ended or your subscription is not in trial status. No action is needed

Attached screenshot describes this more. Is there anyone who could help or a support DL.ai contact who can address this. Thanks

EDIT: Some more additional info: The above behavior is happening to all my other completed courses as well: I am unable to view any of my accomplishments and am faced with the same dialog box above

did you pay for your prosubscription?

Remember the pro sign on your id is seen even when you take the free trial, but until you pay for the subscription, you cannot download any course certificates.

This behaviour is because you are on free trial, and certificates/accomplishments access is only after a user pays for the subscription membership.
