Unable to load assignment in Browser

I did several courses machine learning and doing the 2nd course of deep learning.
This happens to me first time that after I click on Work in Browser.

It stuck in “preparing your lab 50%” forever, and finally after few minutes it failed.

I tried clear coockies and use other browser, i.e. chrome. But the problem is still there.
