Unable to Open "Practice Lab: Spotify case study"

Hi! As the title suggests, I am unable to open the Spotify practice lab — receiving a message that reads, “Oops! Something went wrong.” This has been the case for a few days now, so I’m curious if the lab itself is being overhauled, or if there is an issue with the course. Hope to hear back from somebody soon. Hi, and welcome to the Forum! That page is opening fine for me and so far, there haven’t been reports from other learners. Can you try these:

  • Try opening the page in Incognito mode.
  • If you’re using a work laptop, please switch to a personal device and network.
  • Try other browsers if you have more than 1 installed on your computer.

If these don’t work, please reach out to Coursera (instructions here) so they can check if there’s something wrong with your account access. Make sure to send them the email associated with your Coursera account and a screenshot of the error page if possible.
