I’ve just tested it and it worked. What seems to be the issue you are facing? may be start with this link:

And from there, pick your course and then the week and click the ‘New Topic’ button.

Everything seems fine with your user.Maybe you are trying to add it to the parent category. Be sure to add it in the course and week where the post should be.

For example Course 1 /week1
