Unable to Submit Programming Assignment after Overdue

Hello, I have one programming assignment - Logistic Regression with a Neural Network Mindset - that I do not seem able to submit. It is overdue and has an error saying I still can submit it even though it is overdue, but when I launch the tab, I do not see the “submit assignment” blue button that usually should be there.

Please advise!
