I did all the quizzes just fin but the labs are very frustrating how to do them i know python enough or search for what i need.

you need to replace the None with the correct codes for the next section of codes to work further, if this is what your doubt is.
There are cells which mentions ##START CODE HERE and ###END CODE HERE##,
between these two marks you need to write your codes. Here we call these cells as grade cell as your assignment is graded based on your correct codes.
Before these cells there are markdown cell which includes instructions on what you would be doing in the exercise with sometimes hints given too.
