During the third week of the course, I couldn’t take the quiz " Practice quiz: Gradient descent for logistic regression" because the question(s) didn’t appear. Only the honor statement with the checkbox appears. I tried to take the quiz using the Coursera mobile application; I received an error message and quit.
Now, I have completed 99% of the course and am unable to close the course, get the certificate, and move forward.
Once you complete a course with a passing grade, you cannot access the graded quizzes or programming labs again.
So, I can’t get the certificate of that course!!
If you completed the course, you should already have the certificate.

Finally solved! I tried to retake the quiz early morining today using my Smasung Tablet, the quiz question appeared and I answered it. I got the certificate.
