the grader doesn’t allow me to retake the quiz. it stole from me two chances yesterday and today still is lucked
This is a known issue. Coursera is attempting to fix it.
There are no known work-arounds.

same happen to me, it is a shame that coursera having an excellent program is not able to resolve this issue.
