Week 1 Lab stuck with "account is still in cleanup

Hello,

I am unable to start the Week 1 lab (“Generative AI Use Case: Summarize Dialogue”). Every time I click Start Lab, I immediately receive the message “account is still in cleanup”, and the lab never starts.

My last use of this lab was about three weeks ago, so this is not related to a recently expired session.

I also verified that this is not an account issue because Week 2 lab starts successfully and launches AWS SageMaker without any problems.

Could you please reset or check my Week 1 lab environment?
