You filed this under the GANs specialization, but I do not recognize the assignment. So I’m guessing it must be from one of the TensorFlow specializations. So I can’t directly help you with the course material here, but I think the problem is that you just deleted one of the pre-existing cells in the notebook that imports the packages that you need. You should start with a clean copy of the notebook using the method given here.
