The Jupyter notebook starts with 2vPU and 4 GiB. which causes the kernel to restart. I tried to increase it to 8 vCPU and 32 GB but it gives permission denied.

Same problem for me by default I am able to launch 2vCPU 4GB. Not able to launch 8vCPU and 32GB, kernel crash, after section 2.3 there its 85% memory, then next section it says “kernel for lab3 … appears to have died it will start automatically” and memory comes back to 20%. I tried 4- times and at same place it is going out of memory. with the above same error. Please help how to launch 32 GB machine.
Issue resolved. I reopen the sage maker did “Restart Kernal clean all output” then select ml.m5.2xlarge the I was able to select 32GB machine. Thanks
